Instant articles are not auto submitted after WordPress update

When posts are scheduled through WordPress scheduling interface, instant articles are not being submitted. Earlier before WordPress 4.6 update, everything was working perfectly.
It looks like plugin cannot sense wordpress scheduler posting the posts.
Instant articles are only being submitted when you manually update the already published posts
