    Sorry you’re having issues!

    Unfortunately I’m not able to replicate the problem. What version of WooCommerce are you running? This plugin requires WC 2.1+. If you are running a supported version of WC, could you try deactivating then re-activating both WooCommerce and WooCommerce Customizer then checking again for the Customizer tab under WooCommerce > Settings

    Hey @suzyloonam, also forgot to mention that this plugin cannot be network activated on a multisite install. Are you using this in a multisite network? We’ve seen this arise if the plugin is network activated. Instead, it needs to be installed, but only activated on each site.

    Hi, Tamera – Thanks for writing! I’m Using WC 2.3.8

    But also, this is the primary site of a multi-site network.

    Any known issues with that?

    okay, I tried deactivating and then reactivating and that did not fix it.

    I installed it on a clean, non-multi-site install and it worked.

    On the multisite network, the tab did not appear on either primary or subMulties, even when deactivated from the network and activated on individual sites.

    I will probably have to cry myself to sleep tonight. ?? Thanks for your help.

    Hi @suzyloonam,

    I’ve just tested it on a multisite network and it seems to work as expected. WooCommerce (and its extensions) doesn’t support being network activated in multisite. If WooCommerce is also network activated, I would suggest deactivating then activating the plugin on each individual site.

    Thank you Tamara, I will try that.

    I have to reopen this, because I’ve just installed this on the latest woocommerce & the customizer tab doesn’t show. This isn’t a network install, it’s a normal install.

    I know woo put an update out yesterday, is this plugin still compatible with the latest WC?

    I never could get it to work on our multisite network. We moved on to another plugin. ??

    Everything is working as expected for us with the Customizer / WC 2.3.10 so this sounds like a conflict, and we’ll probably need credentials to take a further look.
