install.php errors failed include /pomo/mo.php & Class ‘Translations’ not found

  • Uploaded entire package & configure wp-config.php
    ran wp-admin/install.php but getting errors:

    Warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening ‘/home/my-account/public_html/blog/wp-includes/pomo/mo.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/my-account/public_html/blog/wp-settings.php on line 307

    Fatal error: Class ‘Translations’ not found in /home/my-account/public_html/blog/wp-includes/l10n.php on line 407

    Please help, I have the same error as newbloger:

    Fatal error: Class ‘Translations’ not found in /home/my-account/public_html/wp-includes/l10n.php on line 407

    I have just copied in the file you say using FTP however nothing has changed.

    I would definitely appreciate your help, many thanks.

    I had the same issue…I realized I didn’t upload all the files hence have reuploaded all the files and it fixed the issue.

    See I changed the file permissions to allow the file to be read by the server.

    This fixed my pomo issue.
