install.php error admin-functions.php

    When I open install.php I get this error:

    Warning: require_once(ABSPATH/wp-admin/admin-functions.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/artidyc1/public_html/blog/wp-admin/upgrade-functions.php on line 5

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘ABSPATH/wp-admin/admin-functions.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/artidyc1/public_html/blog/wp-admin/upgrade-functions.php on line 5

    Any ideas?

  • Might try reuploading your wordpress files.

    Thanks, I had tried that. . . same result, then I searched support on my web hoster’s site. Turns out they provide WordPress installation via Fantastico. I used it, and everything is working!
