installing wp blog manager lite

  • I’m not an expert. Have a new WP site, Astra Pro, Beaver Builder. Want my blog page to not be the home page, I get how to assign the post page to the new blog page. Downloaded activated your plugin… then The first two instructions are
    1. Unzip wp-blog-manager-lite.zip
    2. Upload all the files to the /wp-content/plugins/wp-blog-manager-lite.

    I don’t know what that means or where to unzip or how to unzip or where that wp-blog… is??? On number 2 I don’t know how or where to upload those files… where are those files???

    Thank you for writing in,

    Please go to your dashboard >> plugins >> add new >> upload plugin >> choose the plugin zip file that you have downloaded or you can search the plugin in add new plugin page.

    The Unzip instruction used when you are trying to upload the plugin manually on your site. You need to access the site folder using FTP or Cpanel if your site is live. Then you have pasted the plugin zip file in the plugin folder and unzip the file. This option comes when you right-click the file in your FTP or Cpanel.
