installing wordpress using cpanel

I’m trying to install wordpress through my web host using cpanel via fantastico. I am able to install wordpress in the directory “domain/blog”, but I cannot access the wp-admin page. I’ve tried looking at the wordpress installation with MySQL but am confused about what user I should be setting up for which database and how that will translate to my page.

Please help.
