Is WordPress installed on your computer at home/work?

It sounds like WebDeploy did not install correctly on your machine. Go to iis.net/webdeploy and try installing the WebDeploy module then go back and try again. You can go to this page here and install WP 3.0 from there, https://www.microsoft.com/web/wordpress

K, I’m so confuse right now, try everything in the book to install wordpress and have been unsuccessful. I’m running wordpress on my laptop and I have windows xp home edition. Someone pls help me find a program with wordpress that actually work.
