Installing WordPress on a subdirectory
-
I currently have a store using Opencart ecommerce and I have a blog hosted on blogger.
I would like to start a new blog which is hosted on my domain. Opencart is installed to the root directory of my domain (eg https://www.store.co.uk), so therefore I would like to install WordPress into a sub-directory (eg https://www.store.co.uk/blog).
Is there any reason why this wouldn’t work or why WordPress would interfere in any way with my main Opencart install? My store is my main focus so wouldn’t want anything to interfere with it!
Thanks for any help or advice anyone can give.
