Installing wordpress 3.6 error

I just got the following error when trying to update to version 3.6
Warning: copy(/homepages/42/d480994564/htdocs/app482335963/wp-admin/includes/update-core.php) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /homepages/42/d480994564/htdocs/app482335963/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 200
Please can anyone let me know what I need to do to rectify the problem and update the software?
