I believe both plugins can still work together, but it is usually best to avoid having multiple plugins handle the same function. If you do use both, you may want to enable only features that don’t overlap on each plugin — for example, enabling login security on both plugins might lead to some unexpected results, but enabling that feature on only one of the two generally should work normally.
