installing wamp server

it will not let me install and run wamp server
I had it installed on the computer and running but had to reset computer back to factory settings because of fault uninstalled everything but now it will not install at all

this comes up on screen unable to load dynamic library
c:/wamp/bin/php5.12/ext/php_int.dll this specified moudule could not be found can some on help
delete wordpress complete and wampserver to and reinstalled but still the same
