  • Hi All,
Same error for me while trying to install Woo Commerce in my local installation of WordPress FlyWheel from “https://localwp.com/”

    Error Message:
    Could not create directory. woocommerce/packages/woocommerce-admin/dist/analytics-report-categories~analytics-report-coupons~analytics-report-customers~analytics-report-dow~99eefb40

Same error for me as well. local by flywheel…

    Hey guys !

I had the same error. And i’ve got the solution.
What you have to do is just in your Local Flywheel app go to your site then change your version PHP to 7.4.1. I was on version 7.3.5.

Hope it works for you guys.

Hi all, I have by default PHP 7.3.5 installed on my local site and still experience the same error. There has to be a fix in some other way because that is not it!

For now I have been moved to Bitnami wordpress Stack 5.4.2-0.
    Here it is working fine.

    Another issue:
Initially I was able to run both instances together (Bitnami wordpress Stack 5.4.2-0. and Flywheel local) together, but as I was facing issues with Flywheel-local I have reinstalled it, after which I am unable to open the created website.

Running into the same thing. Seems a bit odd to have a file name that long, but I can confirm that changing the PHP version to 7.4 allowed it to update again
