Installing update crashed site, now I can't log in or access dashboard

  • I installed the most recent WordPress update and now cannot log in to the site. Immediately after I installed the update (yesterday) I could log in, but I couldn’t access the dashboard. The site itself is still up and the host is running.
    The site is https://www.friedmagazine.com. I’m certain I’m entering my password correctly.

    Now the problem has expanded: the link to log in is friedmagazine.com/admin (supported by WordPress of course) and if I even type it in, it comes up with a blank page.
