Installing two instances of WP with one docker container?

Hello,

I’m not yet running wordpress and would like to do so on my home server for the LAN. One is some kind of cook book and the other some kind of diary. Both should use different themes and plugins, therefore and to not mix the different contents I would like to run two instances, perhaps even more in the future in only one docker container.

Is that possible, some kind of “wordpress server” which I can host several instances with in one container or should I better run multiple wordpress docker container in parallel?
