Installing Theme Crashed my Blog – Help!

I downloaded a theme from this website – Elegant Grunge. I uploaded it correctly through FTP.

I logged in as Admin. Went to Appearance – Themes

I found it there with the preview image, etc.

I clicked on it and Activated it.

Now my blog looks like this

I went back through admin and changed it back to the default theme, and it is still messed up.

Simple instructions. I’m a regular web developer so I’m not sure what I could have done wrong in regards to installation.
