activating the plugin breaks the edit product page in the wordpress admin — as soon as the plugin updated, adding new product or editing existing product gave a 500 server error.

Disabling the plugin restores add/edit product functionality to the site, but is not ideal as it means products are no longer being synced with Facebook/Instagram.

How do I fix this please?

    Hi @stanimart

Apologies for taking ages to get back to you.

activating the plugin breaks the edit product page in the wordpress admin — as soon as the plugin updated, adding new product or editing existing product gave a 500 server error.

This kind of error is usually caused by a conflict on your website.

Please follow all the steps below to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the?Storefront?or?TwentyNinteen?Theme and test for the issue

    2. If the issue persists, disable all plugins except for?WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce.

    3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

    4. If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

If doing this on your live site is not possible, you can create a duplicate site. We suggest using?WP Staging?if your hosting provider does not offer a staging server as an option.

Let me know how it goes!
