Installing Plugins error

My site recently had a memory issue, which caused Bluehost (my site’s server) to deactivate all my plugins. Now it would seem that I can no longer install my plugins and when I try to I get this message: Could not create directory. /home4/beautiq2/public_html/wp-content/plugins/akismet/

If anyone could please help me with a solution in a way that someone who doesn’t know computer language all that well, that would be greatly appreciated.
