Unable to retrieve plugin copied to Temp folder

Hi.

I realize this is one of those basic questions, but I am stumped.

A plugin I downloaded ended up in my IE Temp folder, instead of going directly into WP. Therefore, I’m unable to install it like I’ve done with all the other plugins. It doesn’t show up in the dashboard anywhere.

Is there a trick to retrieving the plugin? I have the path; just need a “browse” button (or some other tool). Thanks!
