Installing onto WHS machine

  • Hi, this my first time here

    I install wordpress onto my WHS machine and ahve 2 wee issues

    First: When I try to open https://yourserver/blog/ the error message appear This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

    Second: When I try open wp-admin/install.php nothing appear in Flock in IE it say “the website cannot display the page” I have have created a database (C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\data\blog\db.opt),

    Any help in solving these 2 wee issues is most grateful
