Installing on an addon domain

    I keep getting this when I try to install

    The installation can not be completed:
    – You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.

    doesn’t make sense: I have it installed on my root directory and on another addon domain already. Why would it work ok in one case but not the other?

  • Your addon domain points to a sub folder in your root directory.

    Your hosting account (root directory) is associated with one domain only (the primary domain).
