Installing Monsterinsight keeps crashing my website

Hi Chris, thank you so much for your speedy reply! I was all set to reply immediately to you as well, but my site crashed and it’s only now just been restored (I think it was unrelated to the plugin).

No, I don’t have any other GA plugins active, I think. I’ve screenshoted my plugins for you to check, though. Thank you!

Hi, the issue seems to be resolved by my hosting provider. The User feedback plugin that’s installed during the wizard set up was causing the issue. I deleted it and my website works fine with the mosterinsight plugin. I’ve copied below what my hosting support team advised.

There seems to be an issue with the “userfeedback-lite” plugin.

You will need to deactivate it to correct your issue and then check.
