Installing in Aplus.net

    Hi,

    My hosting provder is aplus.net…. I installed wordpress into the public directory….. I am wondering if this is correct? I do not see anything when I go to my site probonoexchange.com/wp-admin…. Also, I added the database afterward is this an issue?
