Installing image headlines plugin

I have been trying to install the image headlines plugin found here: https://www.coldforged.org/image-headlines-plugin-for-wordpress-15/ for months. My image host meets all the needs required for the plugin. I am having trouble understanding where all the files go. Plus it says something about a bundled font not installing correctly, and I’m totally confuessed.

I really want to use this plugin and would pay someone to install it for me. I’m totally willing to give out my host user name and password.
