Installing custom design to Woo Commerce.

  • I’m relatively new to WP and I’m working on my site using the Woo Commerce plug in.

    My question is, is it possible for me to set up my ecommerce website in terms of creating all the categories, stocking it with products, shipping methods, etc. and then hire someone to do the design for my shop? Or would it make more sense to have the design done and installed first? In other words is wordpress and the Woo Commerce plugin, independent of html web design?
