Installing Contact Form 7 on a page

  • Hi
    I have created a menu bar with pages and sub-pages. I want to put Content form 7 on on one of these sub-pages. Hopefully it will be in the form of an application.
    My problem is simple
    How do I put the form on the page?
    Once it is there will it be displayed as a form?
    Can I physically alter it to suit my needs?

    AS you can see I am very much a beginner at this so any help will be
    very much appreciated.

    Contact Form 7 has some useful articles in their documentation that will help you to get started.

    The article Getting started with Contact Form 7 shows you how to create a form and add it to a page using a shortcode.

    Thank you very much for you assistance. The article you referred meet to was just what I needed. Everything is done and I been able modify the form to my satisfaction.
    There is just one question At the bottom of the form there is obviously a “send button.” Where will it send completed Application?
