installing classipress 3.0.4

    I am a newbie at WP ..
    However I am interested in purchasing WP classipress 3.0.4, if anyone is using this theme or has a tutorial on installing it on wp I would appreciate some know-how help. I am hosting my domain name with BlueHost, but do I still have to know FTP to install wp classipress 3.0.4.
