Installing breaks admin

    I’ve tried installing this on several different WordPress environments, and each time, the installation stops admin pages from loading. I’ve even tried a fresh install with the default 2016 theme.

    Has anyone else had this issue?

    I’ve now tried on a basic installation on three different hosts and localhost. So it doesn’t appear to be environmental. Does anyone know what might be going on? Thanks.
