Installing auto_refresh plugin

  • I am trying install the page auto_refresh plugin. It say Upload auto_refresh directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
    How do I access this directory? Where is it?

    Ask your hosts for your FTP (File Transfer Protocol) credentials, then log in using FileZilla and those credentials. You should then have access to that directory.
