Installing and using Seamless Donations Plugin

    I am fairly new to WordPress (not an application or program developer) and I have searched this forum for guidance but found nothing helpful.

    I have followed the installation guidance to a point:
    (1)Upload/install the Seamless Donations plugin – Done.
    (2)Activate the plugin – Done.

    Not sure how to go about installation instruction number(3)Set the email address for PayPal donations in the plugin settings: I couldn’t find anything on my WordPress Dashboard or in the downloaded seamless donations plugin that says ‘settings’.

    Furthermore on instruction number (4)Create a new blank page (e.g. Donate Online): Does this mean going into ‘Pages’ section of my WP Dashboard to create a new page – ‘Donate Online’?

    Finally, where on this new page do I carry out instruction number (5)Add the following shortcode to the page : [dgx-donate]?

  • You should find the setting within the drop down menu for Seamless Donation above the Log and Help Options.

    Yes…create a normal page and give it any name you like.

    In that page where you would type your content…add that shortcode: [dgx-donate]

    Then update or publish the page.
