• I installed a robots plugin to remove the robots.txt to allow search engines to see the site, since then when I try to view the site it goes into an error saying there are ‘Too many redirects’ and the site will no longer load.

I cannot even get in to wp-admin i.e. https://orphansinthewild.org/wp-admin in order to remove the plugin to fix it.

Can someone please help me get this site back on line, this is a Charity Website and they desperately need it to be live.

Thank you in advance. Please help.

You’ll need to access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the directory of the plugin you added.

    Hi James
Thank you for your quick response. I have deleted the plugin I installed but it is still not working. Could I change it from https:// to https:// for the login would that fix it?
Thank you so much for helping

What else did you recently change besides installing that plugin, and what was the full name of the plugin?
