Installing a new theme – connection information

  • Hello all –

    I have just installed WordPress (what a great project !) on a Mac Mini Server, running OS X 10.6.

    All is working ok, but have just tried to download and install a new theme. When I click on install, I get a screen asking for my Connection Information (Hostname, Username and Password.

    I have tried the settings I set up to connect to my MySQL server – but they don’t work.

    Oddly – at the bottom I have two options for connection type : FTP or sFTP. I have direct access to the server so don’t need either.

    Any ideas for a fix?
