Installing 3rd party themes

I recently purchased, a wp theme, and have been trying to install it.
Tried in the wp dashboard, then via ftp . the error message I get is :

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

Name Description
heavyrain Stylesheet is missing.
img Stylesheet is missing.
js Stylesheet is missing.
php Stylesheet is missing.

Can anyone help me?? Thanks
