That is not normal. It looks like your web server may be compressing it before sending it down. You may have to check the mime type on the server. Look for the FAQ article titled “Why do I get plain/text or a download prompt when browsing to the installer?” it will show you how to adjust the mime type, but you may also have to google how to turn off gzip compression for certain download types, I’m not 100% sure if that is the issue, but it looks like it could be related to that…
