Installer step 1 of 4 fails

Hi
I seem to have a problem running the installer.php when trying to migrate from my local system to my webspace.
Step 1 fails with the errormessage: “The archive file size is currently 0B and its estimated file size should be around -724244036B…” in the Archive-section and the Deployment process does not continue
The Validation section shown Green on all checks
The archive itself seems to be ok, re-downloading by FTP it (to a different system) works fine and unzipping it is fine also. On creation of the archive there were no errors.
installer.php also contains the correct archive name in [‘FW_PACKAGE_NAME’]
The Plugin-version I’m running is 1.2.34 on WP 4.9.4, PHP version is 7.1.11

My archive which I’m trying to restore is roughly 3.3GB – is there a filesize limit here?
I have not yet tried the manual extraction mode – think this is worth a try?

Although I searched the archive I only found 1 topic pointing to that error message and this was “resolved” without further explanation

I’m happy to add any further information that I missed here
