Installer.php blank page

    Hi there,
    I used to do my wordpress transfert with the free version of Duplicator and everything works. Yesterday i bought the pro version, and when i tried to launch the installer.php i get a blank page. I already checked your FAQ for this problem, but nothing works. Can you help me with this ?
    If not, how do we do for a refund ?
