Hello guys, I tried this on both Opera and FireFox and when I click installer, a download starts as installer.php

I don’t know what I’m supposed to do.

  • It could be the mime-type on your hosting provider doesn’t allow downloads of PHP files. Our test on Firefox (61.0.2) shows it to be working. You might try going to the Package > Details page then in the General section see if you can “Right Click” on the installer.php file from that section and see if it allows for the download. If that doesn’t work then you have a few options:

    1. Contact your host and see if they will allow PHP files to be downloaded
    2. FTP to your wp-snapshots directory and download the file directly.

Let me know if that helps~
