Installer operation could not be completed

    I’m getting this error message:

    Could not create (M5j7e8_cjtoolbox_backups) database table! This might be related to user permissions!

    I’ve checked the user permissions on the DB and they look OK, what else should I do?

    Thanks for your email and sorry to hear about the issue.
    It seems there is an issue with the installer trying to create the database tables on a WordPress sub-site install but I could be wrong. The reason I say this is because I had one other person not too long ago mention the same issue and he was on a sub-site. For some reason it is like it cannot find the database or there is a connection issue or something.
