Installer not working

    Hi!:

    We’ve been using your awesome plugin for quite some time now, and it all has been working fine. Great job!

    However, we are now facing some problems at a GoDaddy hosting environment.

    We’ve already contacted GD support, but, in the meantime they seek solution, they recommended us to contact you in order to determine possible reasons for the following issue:

    DNSs for this domain havent been pointed yet to the GD server, however, when accessing the “test URL” to make the install, there seems not to be response from “Next” button. You can see that at the following URL:

    We’ve tried to see if there is any problem using FireBug, but no error is shown, and the “Next” button is not working, even when all the mandatory checkbox has been selected.

    Could you help us in order to determine the origin of the problem? What do you recommend in order to solve?

    BTW: We are using Duplicator 1.2.8

  • Hey @intercloudhost,

    I don’t think you can run installer through there proxy/redirect tool it looks like its trying to replace the URLs in the installer.php with some other path. You might try and get the IP address of the server vs trying to go through the proxy tool they have…
