Installer never moves onto Update stage

    Everything seems to work fine up until I run the installer. The test DB connection is successful, so then begin Deployment. It then shows progress bar and never finishes this stage and does not move onto the update stage. I have checked the installer-log which is reporting : STEP1 COMPLETE @ 04:56:42 – TOTAL RUNTIME: 125.8186 sec.
    An there appear to be no errors arising in this first deployment stage.

    Any ideas what is going on or what is failing?
