Installer does not run. Blank page, no errors

    I uploaded the installer and pkg to my server. I tried running installer.php and it just sits there for a few minutes and then displays a blank page. I checked the server and there is nothing in the error log or php logs. The file creates the installer-log file but it is blank.

    Any ideas why I cant even get the installer page to come up? My system admin and I are not sure what the issue is.

    Figured out that the server was timing out. We have resolved this.

    Could you please write what exactly did you do? I am experiencing the same problem and you would save my life and be blessed ??

    Hi Sawka,

    There are quite a few different things you can try for timeout issues. Checkout the FAQ pages and look for the “Timeout Section”. I’m sure @roadrashtx probably tried one of these work-a-rounds…
