I’ve successfully used duplicator lite in the past. For some reason, the restore installer keeps failing now.

What’s the matter? The installer won’t validate the archive. It says the archive check keeps failing. ” The archive file named above must be the exact name of the archive file placed in the root path (character for character). When downloading the package files make sure both files are from the same package line.” Yeah, installer and archive are from the same package line.

The “archive” tab in the installer? says:?
    Archive:gasweb_20230628_[HASH]_20230628090306_archive.zip

The actual archive file has the exact same name with the actual HASH in there.

    The installer log only says:?
    AJAX ACTION [validate] START
START TEST “Archive Check” [CLASS: DUPX_Validation_test_archive_check]
    LOG-TIME[DELTA:? ?0.00004]? MESSAGE:TEST “Archive Check” RESULT: failed

Why would the archive check keep failing? What am i missing?

Hi @d0m1, if the archive name wasn’t renamed, I guess the package might be corrupted. Please try to create another package and run the installation.

    Hey,
    sorry for taking a while….

Yeah, this isn’t resolved. For some reason all of my backups turn out to be corrupted then. Again, this worked before, but somehow does not anymore. This means this isn’t a reliable backup solution for me anymore and thats a shame. For now i’ll look somewhere else. Might come back later.
