Installed yesterday – not working?

I installed this plugin yesterday, hoping it would help with a few issues that are slowing my site down.

I have seen absolutely no change – other than perhaps slower speed on the mobile version.

And now the directions for removing it are confusing me.

I’m not used to getting into the files of my site – that’s why I chose a plugin.

Can someone help me identify why nothing has changed – and if necessary, help me with removing the plugin so I can try something else?
