Installed WP, cant see Dashboard but not website

Hi

I recently purchased shared hosting and a domain (harlequinvintage.com) from 1&1 internet.

I installed word press and it appeared to install fine. I can log in to the WordPress dashboard and make changes to themes and everything else. The problem is I can’t view the website. It displays the domain parking page.

I’m pretty sure the domain has fully propagated as I can view the following page – https://www.harlequinvintage.com/readme.html.

To my uneducated eye – it seems to be something to do with php scripts but I’m guessing

I’d be grateful for any help.
