Installed WordPress via Control Panel on Webhost, but no plugins on Dashboard

  • I have my website (filmwins.com) hosted on iPage and completed the WordPress installation via the Control Panel there. I’m wondering if I need to do the install from WP.org as well. My dashboard currently is still the WP.com without the plugins or anything.

  • did you change name servers at registrar as I see that Domain name is pointing to
    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com

    should be pointing to Ipage

    I changed them back to default. Will this fix the issue?

    I did not understand what you meant by changing to default

    If you want the domain name to point to Ipage your host account you need to change name servers

    I changed the nameservers from wordpress back to ipage. Thanks for your help. I will wait a few more hours to see if this fixes the problem.
