Installed wordpress Through FileZilla and it errors

    The site had a bug so I was told that I should copy wp-config and wp-content and delete all the wordpress related files. I did these steps. Then I reinstalled wordpress 4.3

    Now the site has function.include warning/error. I can’t login because the admin login has all these warnings. https://aberrantart.com/wp-admin/
    I really need help to fix this because I am losing costumers every day it is down. Can someone help me get this fixed.

  • When you upload the files through FileZilla it screws up the permissions. I would suggest uploading the WordPress files through cpanel. You can upload the WordPress 4.3.1 zip file to cpanel and then extract the files and delete the wp-content and wp-config-sample.php. That should make it work.

    Alright, I did what you said to do and it’s still doing the same things as before.

    I suggest,

    Once logged in on your provider by FTP, select relevant folders, try a right click to change permissions on all folder & files – relevant chmod on Unix/Linux, like on codex.

    I have been messing around with a lot of the permissions and it still doesn’t seem like it’s helping. Got any other ideas?

    dude i can clearly see the problem is in WP-CONTENT folder and in that PLUGIN and THEME have problem kindly delete all PLUGIN from folder and DELETE the THEME and paste same FRESH THEME. dont change your theme.

    Vicky! Thank you soo much! I only had to delete the ose-firewall plugin and get the new u-design theme and bam it’s up again!

    Have to make some changes, but I’m just glade it is up again!
