• This plugin installed itself without my permission when I activated MonsterInsights (or it was installed by MonsterInsights – whichever way you look at it it’s a spammy practice). I already have an SEO plugin installed and don’t want this one forced on me.

    Hi @ianhuyton,

I believe that there is a place within MonsterInsights that asks if you want to install All in One SEO. All in One SEO shouldn’t be installed unless you opt-in within the MonsterInsights setup.

    Hi, thanks for your response,

I deactivated MonsterInsights a couple of months ago, and at that point it hadn’t installed AIOSEO. I reactivated it this week to take another look at it and suddenly had new unwanted plugins installed and activated. I didn’t go through a setup process when I clicked to reactivate MonsterInsights so I didn’t opt in or out of anything.

    Hi @ianhuyton,

Thanks for letting me know. That certainly shouldn’t happen so I’ve let the MonsterInsights Support team know so that they can investigate this.

anche io non avevo installato il plugin. inoltre ha fatto scomparire l’immagine di anteprima degli articoli nella condivisione social. Appariva sempre il logo . Ho disattivato il plugin e tutto è tornato normale.
