    I just updated my plug=ins and am now unable to access the Network Dashboard … getting and undefined function error.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_current_user() in /home/aiartgro/public_html/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 1286

    When I disabled all the plug-ins the error returned when I activated the WP Photo Album Plus plug-in ..

    No longer able to access the Network Dashboard to disable … only way is to go to the directory and disable from there by renaming the directory.

    Please advise how to fix … live site.

    To me it looks like a wp bug.

    You can try this:

    Edit wppa.php on the plugins page

    Add at the very end:

    require_once ABSPATH.'wp-includes/pluggable.php';

    After some additional testing it appears it is caused by activating the Plug-in

    WP Video Lightbox
    Activate
    Simple video lightbox plugin to display videos in a nice overlay popup. It also supports images, flash, YouTube, iFrame.

    As soon as I activate this plug-in I can no longer access the Network Settings or DashBoard.

    So you are going to drop the issue there?
