Installed Subdomain, Main Domain Links Broken

    I have a main portfolio site hosted through MacHighway. My hosting plan allows me to have 2 domains. I just registered a new domain and tried to install WordPress on it, and it seems to be working fine. But now all of the links on my main portfolio site do not work. The main homepage loads, but I’m getting 404 errors on all of the internal pages.

    What did I do wrong? How can I fix the links on my main site?

    I deleted the new site to see if that would fix the links on my main site, but it didn’t work. I am still seeing ‘file not found.’ I really don’t understand how installing a new site on a new domain could have possibly messed up the main site. Anyone know how to fix this?

    Nevermind, I visited Settings > Permalinks and everything works again.
