Installed Premium with no errors, but no menu option

I’ve installed the premium version of this plugin but there is no left column “Recipes” option for me to add recipes to the blog.

There are no other plugins currently installed on the site (other than Akismet), so there should be no conflicts. It is not using a custom theme, but the default WP theme. I’ve ensured that my user account is set to “admin” to see all options.

Please advise.
