Installed Plugin Won't show in Plugins List

Not sure if this is a bug in the code, but I can’t seem to find the plugin in my “installed plugins’ list. Therefore I can’t activate it and test it.
Just tried the same method for other plugins, and they install fine.
Any ideas?
